 To better understand and track your thoughts, consider keeping a thought journal. Use your thought journal to record any worries, tensions, anxieties, or other unpleasant thoughts you may have throughout the day as well as your responses to them. Take the time to replace each negative thought with a more uplifting one after you’ve written it down.
